My father-in-law told me today that he just went to the Doctor, and that his cholesterol & triglyceride levels were the lowest they've ever been. The Dr.also was asking what vitamins he was taking! Thank you Usana!!!

Guess what? I quit my Premarin two weeks ago!!!!!! You have reigned victorious for women’s health once again! Seriously, thank you for all the good advice and information that led me to doing this. I feel quite good – really only “flashing” in the mornings – kind of an alarm clock for me!

How many of you have migraines? I did, and my list of drugs over the past 17 years or so include: Caffergot PB (pentobarbitol), Caffergot without PB, caffergot suppositories, Inderal (heart med!), Amytryptaline, Reglan, and finally, Maxalt. About 8 years ago I went to my chiropracter begging for something besides drugs. He gave me information on Natural Progesterone cream. Then, 2 years ago, I started the Usana supplements. Headaches became less & less. I could take over the counter meds for the occasional headache. I haven't renewed my prescription for almost 2 years now! That was my beginning of my search for natural cures... Praise God.

Well I dont know how to handle this delicately. I am going to be 49 in several weeks, I see all the commercials for Viagra etal and just dont understand it. Treat the root cause not the symptom guys! If you need Viagra your pipes are clogged and you have bigger problems then no wood. Believe me, this consistant regimen is natural Viagra!

A test a few years ago showed that my bone density was low. My Dr. put me on Fosamax. When I heard about Supplements & Progesterone cream, I threw the Fosamax away. The 1st year, my bone density was unchanged. The 2nd year it was much better! My Dr. told me, "I don't know what you're doing, but keep doing it!"
