Anti-cancer supplementation is almost overwhelming, so I thought I'd share a few of mine. I will be posting about some of them here when I can. They are all important to me, and I only post about what I have used, still use and what I believe are the most powerful. I will start with Soul Seeds, because not many people know about them. The bioavailability of the nutrition in these seeds is second to none. They are potent anti-inflammatories, which almost all cancer patients understand that they too, have a problem with inflammation in their body.
We know that seeds are important. You plant them to make a plant grow into nutrient filled food. How important is it to actually eat that seed? Very important I guess. I have included links to the studies that I have reviewed, and will share a video below to help answer more involved questions about seed nutrition.
One important thing to know is that good nutrition helps your body fight. This is seed nutrition and does not interfere with your "traditional" cancer treatment. You will see in the video that these seeds help with cachexia, the wasting syndrome usually associated with anorexia from cancer treatment, and it results in muscle wasting and poor quality of life. Usually no amount of supplementation helps... except for these seeds. If you really believe what Hippocrates said, "Let food be your medicine and let medicine be your food," then if you can help support cancer patients with food, their chances of survival are better.
A quick run down of what's inside:
- Black Cumin Seed: A powerful anti-inflammatory with studies being conducted for it's role in treating cancer, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, asthma, kidney disease, and more.
- Black Raspberry Seed: Contains anthocyanins which fight against free radical damage to DNA, protein and lipid.
Chardonnay Grape Seed: Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and polyphenol action on oxidative stress. There are so many things to love about the seeds of the grape. Read more here.
Ribose - D: Helps with cellular energy in heart and skeletal muscle. Most studies that I have found discuss the benefits of this supplement for heart health. This study includes the benefits for those with pain from fibromyalgia.
The information above was obtained from research on PubMed.Gov so that is is not here say. It is quite amazing that this product has so many powerful ingredients. If you are interested in trying it, here's a link. Give it a month and see for yourself!
