Warm Lemon Water With Cayenne Pepper

This little trick is not really a supplement like a pill, but it is so easy & so important that I had to share this with you. At Sanoviv, we had this every morning first thing.

It is used to help aid digestion, alkalinize your body, is antiseptic and flushes out toxins from the liver and kidneys. Warm lemon water with cayenne pepper: Just ream the juice of half of an organic lemon into a coffee cup (~6 oz.), sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper into that & add warm water, and enjoy.

The cayenne opens the capillaries for improved flow. The cayenne also helps the liver remove toxins, creating a cleansing effect, and also aids the bowels in eliminating waste; it has antiviral &  antiseptic properties.

Another option is to add fresh lemon to your water bottle to sip throughout the day. Easy!
